Leeds City Council & Oldham Council
This project entailed cabling installations at over 150 schools for the National Grid for Learning Project. These installations were conducted with a minimum of classroom disturbance in challenging environments. Computers, computer hardware and Microsoft software installations were also provided within this supplied.
Kirklees Council
This entails an ongoing project of installing Fibre Optic links (multi and single mode) between buildings and Category 5e UTP networks across the council-wide networking systems, including voice and data installations. Currently upto 30,000 network points so far.
St Bartholomew’s Primary
This project entailed the renewal of all ICT within the school incuding both ict suites, wireless laptop trolleys and interactive whiteboards and high resolution projectors in every classroom. Post install commisioning and training was also provided to all the members of the teaching staff.
Foreign Offices around the world
Connect Up undertook this project to assist in the installation of Catagory 5 cabling and fibre optic cable in the British Embassies and High Commisions throughout the world. These installations were carried out in Guatemala, India, Brunei,Malaysia, China, Cambodia, Lebanon, Iran, Egypt, Cyprus,Algeria, Tunisia, Nigeria, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia,Lithuania and Belgium.
