A: Support is provided out of our

Q: Are all Connect-Up staff
CRB checked and can you provide certificate numbers?
A: Yes all Connect-Up staff who
attend site are CRB registered and you can have the
number.
Q: Can you provide local reference
sites that we can call?

and we will gladly give you details of a local reference
site.
Q: Do you offer support on
curriculum networks?
A: Yes Connect Up has been providing
curriculum support to schools in Leeds for over 10 years.
Q: Is Connect Up able to provide
remote support?
A: Yes Connect Up has a dedicated
link into the LLN network for remote purposes.
Q: Can Connect Up provide remote backup?
A: Yes Connect Up can offer remote backup and we
are currently negotiating for the most cost effective
pricing from the supplier.
Q: Will Microsoft applications be supported?
A: Connect Up support ALL elements of your SIMS
network within the support contract including AVCO,
Anti Virus, Word, Excel and your operating systems.
Q: Will all modules of the Sims net suite be
supported?
A: Yes. All modules including Dinner Money, Assesment,
Behaviour Management and Attendance are included in
the support contract.
*Note: Some modules
of Sims (for example Dinner Money) require licencing
and yearly support direct from Capita. In order to best
support your school we strongly suggest you continue
to purchase these but any questions can be directed
