Not only do Connect-Up provide a dedicated helpdesk for your school, supplying remote and emergency  support, we also provide a fixed half-day engineer-on-site commitment. This gives you the certainty of contact with an expert who will not only fix problems as they arise, but can prevent problems before they affect the running of your school. It’s like having your own ICT Engineer.
